home & financial

The same operator, pointed at your own life.

Almost everyone who buys the business version asks the same question a month later: can it do this for my house, and can it do this for my money. It can, and it is the same machine — a recurring job, owned by an agent, that reports whether it actually got done.

Everything on this page is something we run on ourselves. That is the only filter we use.

home

Your household, optimized

A household is a small operation with no dispatcher. The work is real, it recurs, and it falls on whoever notices it first. These are the jobs worth handing over.

One calendar the whole house actually reads

School, shifts, travel, appointments and the standing commitments nobody wrote down, reconciled into one view — with the conflicts surfaced the week before instead of the morning of.

The inbox, triaged before you wake up

A morning brief that sorts the night's mail into what needs you today, what needs a decision this week, and what is noise. We have been running this one every morning for over a year; it is the single habit that changed most.

Spend, categorised without the shoebox

Receipts photographed as they happen, read by vision models, categorised and totalled. The value is not the tidy ledger, it is that you stop finding out what a month cost you six weeks after it ended.

The household's own operator

The same pattern as the business version: a named agent that owns a recurring job, reports when it is done, and tells you when it could not. Renewals, reminders, filings, the annual things you forget every year.

financial

Your money, working smarter

We build the reporting and the review, not the advice. Nothing here recommends a security, a tax position or a product — it puts the numbers in front of you fast enough and clearly enough that the decision is yours to make well.

A portfolio dashboard you do not have to build

Send screenshots of your accounts and get one clean monthly picture back — allocation, movement, concentration, and what changed since last month. Reporting, not advice: we build the instrument panel, you fly the plane.

Cash flow forecast from the real numbers

What is actually landing and leaving over the next 90 days, from the accounts and the operating business, instead of a feeling about it. This is the same forecasting engine we run on the company.

Cross-border and multi-entity, kept straight

If you have income and obligations on both sides of a border, or a personal picture tangled up with an operating company, the work is mostly reconciliation and record-keeping. That is exactly the kind of job that should not be a person's afternoon.

A second opinion before the decision

Run a big financial call past an adversarial panel of models before you commit — the version that argues against you, not the one that agrees.

The Decision Review Panel
the honest limit

This is a smaller build than the business version

We are not licensed advisors and we do not want to be. We are also not going to pretend a household needs a fleet-sized system. Most people who ask for this need two or three recurring jobs taken off their plate, not a platform — and if that is you, say so and we will scope it that small.
