The Map That Showed Us Our Own Business
It started as "where are my trucks right now." It ended as a live map of the whole operation — disposal sites and what each one charges by material, fuel, every commercial account colored by how recently a human touched it, crew touchpoints, door hangers, customer records. All data we already had, sitting in systems that don't know each other exist.
- Geography is the join key nobody uses
- A list can't tell you a truck drives past a cold account twice a day
- The insight lives between systems, not inside one
