before our first call

Two steps, in this order.

Sign up for Viktor through our link, then tell us what's eating your week. We'll confirm the signup and send you a time. No signup, no call — and that's not a sales tactic, it's explained below.

why we ask

We're operators, not an agency

The call isn't a demo and it isn't free consulting we're hoping to convert. It's a working session about your operation, and it only pays off if you've already got the thing we'd be working inside.

Signing up first also tells us you're serious. We run a business with trucks in it; the time we spend on a call is time off that. Sometimes the honest answer on the call is "don't build this yet" — we'd rather say that to someone who's already in the tool than sell them something.

It costs you nothing to talk to us. It costs us something to talk to everyone.

Use this link specifically — it's how we know the signup came from here, which is the part we have to verify.

so you know

A person checks this, not a robot

The booking link isn't automatic. We confirm the signup by hand, which takes a business day and occasionally an email back to you if the addresses don't line up. Slower than a calendar widget, on purpose — the calls we take are ones we've actually looked at first.
