Where your refund stands depends on how far the work has gone:
Email us any time before the session and we refund 100%, no questions and no restocking nonsense.
The assessment work is already done at this point, so we keep half and refund the rest.
The deliverable is yours to keep, so the fee is earned. If it missed the mark, tell us — see below.
If the work missed the mark
A refund is not the only remedy and usually not the right one. If the delivered roadmap does not address what we agreed to look at, email us within 14 days of delivery and tell us what is missing. We will rework it at no charge. We would rather fix the work than argue about the invoice.
Implementation engagements
Implementation is quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope of work. Either side can end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work completed and approved through the end date, and we refund any prepaid amount covering work we have not yet performed.
Third-party software, hardware, and usage-based AI costs are billed to you by those vendors directly under their own refund terms. We cannot refund money you did not pay us.
How to request a refund
Email info@yrwai.com from the address on the order, or call (253) 219-2791, and tell us the purchase date and what happened. We respond within two business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; bank transfers are typically faster. We do not charge a processing fee on refunds.
Before you file a chargeback
Please contact us first. A chargeback takes weeks, involves your bank, and costs both of us more than a two-minute email. We have never refused to talk through a problem, and if a refund is owed under this policy you will get it without going through your card issuer.
