AI Roadmap
One-time engagement · delivered in writing
- A working session with the people who actually run the day — not just the owner
- A walk-through of how work moves through your business now: intake, scheduling, billing, reporting, follow-up
- Every task we find that a machine can carry, scored by hours saved and difficulty to build
- A written roadmap: what to automate first, second, and third, and what to leave alone
- The tools and rough monthly cost for each recommendation, so nothing is a surprise later
- A review call to walk you through it and answer questions
Payment is due up front, by card or bank transfer (ACH). We start once payment clears. Typical turnaround is two to three weeks from the working session.
The 15-minute call is free
Before anyone pays anything, we do a short call. We look at where your hours go and tell you straight whether we can help. If the answer is no, we say so on the call. There is no charge for it and no obligation after it.
Why there is still only one price on this page
We build eight things, and you can read all of them in detail on the services page. You will not find a price next to any of them, and that is deliberate.
Every one of those builds sits on top of your systems, your data and your people. The same job is a week in one business and a month in the next, and the difference is almost never the software — it is how much of your operation is written down before we start. Anyone quoting that number before looking at your business is quoting a number they intend to revise.
So the roadmap is the only thing with a public price, because it is the only thing we can scope without seeing your business first. It ends with the fixed fee for each build we recommend. Sometimes it ends with us telling you not to build the thing you came in asking for.
Implementation, if you want it
The roadmap stands on its own — plenty of clients take it and build from it themselves, and that is a fine outcome. If you would rather we build it, we quote each piece of work separately after the roadmap, as a fixed fee against a written scope. You approve the scope and the price before any work starts.
We do not bill hourly and we do not put clients on open-ended retainers. Any third-party software, hardware, or usage-based AI costs are yours directly, billed by that vendor at their price — we do not mark them up. Those costs are named in the roadmap so you can see them before you commit.
What we do not charge for
Questions after delivery. If something in your roadmap is unclear a month later, email us. We are not going to invoice you for a straight answer.
Taxes
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to your purchase. Washington State business and occupation tax on our revenue is our responsibility, not an add-on to your invoice.
