The short version
We collect what you type into our forms and what we need to do the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We never see your full card number. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
What we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in a message or intake form.
Information from an engagement. If you hire us, we see business information you share with us so we can do the assessment — how your operations run, which systems you use, and similar. We treat this as confidential under our Terms of Service.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We can see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits — never the full card number.
Basic site data. Standard server and analytics data such as pages visited and approximate location, used to understand which pages are useful.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, schedule and run calls, deliver and support the work you paid for, send invoices and receipts, and keep records we are required to keep. If you opted in, to send occasional email about what we are building. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate, and only as far as needed: our payment processor (Stripe), our email and messaging providers, our hosting and database providers, and our scheduling tools. They are bound to use it only to provide their service to us.
We also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that: we do not sell or share your personal information for anyone else's marketing, and we never have.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you consent to messages about your inquiry or engagement. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become engagements: up to two years. Client records: seven years after the engagement ends, which is what tax and business record rules require. You can ask us to delete sooner and we will, apart from records we are legally required to retain.
Security
Access to client information is limited to the people who need it, accounts holding it use two-factor authentication, and data moves over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not keep what we do not need.
Your choices
Email info@yrwai.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or unsubscribe. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law, including in Washington and California; we extend these same choices to everyone regardless of where you are.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can block them in your browser; the site will still work.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
